Luxury award winning 5* marina style house with magnificent sea views from the balcony and garden.

On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom, fully fitted bathroom and a garden lounge with a TV,DVD & Playstation 2.

The first floor lounge has french doors opening out to a terrace with seating area and sea views. Furnishing includes a comfortable leather three-piece suite with reclining chair, wide screen DigitalTV, DVD & Sky.

The upstairs double bedroom has an ensuite shower room.
There is private off road parking for 2 cars.
The house is only a 2 minute walk to the beach, coastal path, shop, pub & restaurant.
The house is child friendly with a cot, highchair, stairgate, sterilizer, covered sockets, plastic bowls, Duplo, buckets & spades etc.
