The Farmhouse is situated 1 mile from Haverfordwest, in beautiful open countryside, with views stretching as far as the Preseli Mountains.
A whole range of shops, pubs and restaurants are close at hand, yet Upper Haroldston is in a tranquil setting, at the end of a 300 yard private lane and is ideal for a peaceful holiday.
The house is generously proportioned and is designed to comfortably accommodate 12 adults. This makes it ideal for family reunions and club outings etc. It has 6 bedrooms, 2 sitting rooms, 3 bathrooms, large family kitchen, utility and games room with a proper bar pool table and dart board. The equipment includes washing machine & tumble drier, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, gas cooker with double oven, 2 televisions (1 with teletext), video, hi-fi system and portable radio/CDs.
The beach at Broad Haven is only 15 minutes drive away, and many attractions, such as Oakwood Theme Park, Tenby and St David's, are all within easy reach.
The area is steeped in history with many beautifully preserved castles and other buildings. Upper Haroldston takes its name from the now ruined Elizabethan manor (owned by Sir John Perrott – Elizabeth’s half brother) and may well have been a farmhouse on that estate.
For the sportsman (or woman), there is a 9 hole golf course within a mile, a well equipped leisure centre and ample fishing to suit all tastes.
