Castlemead is a lovingly restored gentleman's residence, situated at the head of a wooded valley. Set in mature and lawned grounds, we offer a gloiously relaxing spot,inthe heart of the village only 500yds from the sea.
The valley is dominated on the west side by a fine old castle. On the other side stands 11th century Parish Church of St James. The surrounding countryside form part of the Pembrokeshire National Park and the are bird sacturies and nature reservers within easy reach of the hotel.The whole coastline is dotted with beautiful beaches,and Manorbier is one of the most delightful in South Pembrokeshire. It is perfect for safe bathing and surfing.
Our restaurant offers wonderful views from all aspects.Using whenever possible the best local produce.Open nightly (except Sunday when we serve a traditional Sunday Lunch) and enjoy an enviable local reputation it is the ideal spot to unwind after a busy day relaxing.
