The whole of the downstairs has slate floors with underfloor heating.The open plan lounge/dining room has a wood burning stove, ample seating, wall mounted plasma TV with DVD, basic Sky package and free 512K wireless broadband, dining table and chairs for 8. The kitchen is well equipped with large American-style refrigerator, integrated dishwasher, electric oven and hob with extractor hood to the outside, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. The utility room houses the oil-fired central heating boiler and is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The downstairs cloakroom has toilet and washbasin.The downstairs bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with full bath, large separate shower, washbasin and toilet. First Floor - Bedroom two has a king-size bed. Bedroom three has two sets of full size bunk beds that give flexibility to the accommodation. They can be used as a twin room or for up to four children. Family Bathroom has large shower enclosure, washbasin, toilet and free standing bath.Parking - for three cars.Changeover day - Friday
